The Committee on Education moved to amend the bill on page one, section one, line five, by striking out the word “Closure” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “The Governor shall make appointments required by this article within thirty days of an announcement of a closure”;

And,

On page one, section one, line seven, after the word “learning” by inserting a comma and the following:  or within thirty days after the enactment of this statute for any announcement made within nine months prior to its enactment.  Such closure or substantial change.
